1. Northern Vietnam Motorbike Tour from Hanoi to Mai Chau – Phu Yen – Son La – Muong Lay – Sin Ho – Lai Chau – Sapa – Bac Ha – Ha Giang – Hoang Su Phi – Dong Van – Bao Lac – Ba Be Lake – Ha Noi

You will learn a lot about the customs and lifestyle of Thai ethnic people during the relaxed time in Mai Chau. Cool ride to Phu Yen across the Da River pleases anyone via Moc Chau highlands. You will be riding into Son La and Lai chau with Muong Lay and Sin Ho which is both chilling and thrilling. The highlight will be the stopover in Sapa- a formed hill station discovered by French- to offer you both insight into culture, markets, villages, cuisine and challenge for your motorbike skills.
The next stop is Bac Ha town – also Lao Cai province, which is famous for Sunday colorful markets. The further you ride, the more you gain as you enter Ha Giang province which you cannot fault anything from Xin Man, Hoang Su Phi (peak in harvest season in Sep), Ha Giang city. The most beautiful one is from Ha Giang to Dong Van on the Happiness road with several breathtaking passes, roadside markets, fabulous villages…
Ha Giang is the indispensable destination for any motorbike trips. You will riding along Mapileng Pass with view to amazing Nho Que river to arrive Bao Lac town (Cao Bang) before ending your last night at homestay in peaceful Ba Be National Park & Lake. The enthusiasm of the homestay in Pac Ngoi village with nice host will be always in your mind in the years to come.
2. Northern Vietnam Motorbike Tour from Hanoi to Thac Ba – Luc Yen – Bac Ha – Ha Giang – Dong Van – Meo Vac – Bao Lac – Ba Be – Na hang – Hanoi
A wealth of activities during this route will satisfy your needs for discovering the insight of Northeast Vietnam. First night will be homestay by Thac Ba Lake where the host cook the best dinner and make sure that you have so much fun and cheers til late in the night. Off beaten tracks will be mind blowing. The stay in Ba Be is so enjoyable with the boat trip on the lake before going back to Hanoi via Na Hang – a smaller version of Halong which is extremely spectacular.
3. Northern Vietnam Motorcycle Tour from Hanoi to Thac Ba – Ha Giang – Dong Van – Meo Vac – Ba Be – Hanoi

4. Northern Vietnam Offroad Motorcycle Tour from Hanoi to Ba Be Lake – Meo Vac – Dong Van – Ha Giang – Sapa – Than Uyen – Mu Cang Chai – Phu Yen – Mai Chau – Moc Chau

Mu Cang Chai has emerged one of the best places viewing the terraced rice fields every September with riding options available to ride offroad. You will not be fed up with riding when you ride to the beautiful valley Mai Chau via Phu Yen close to Da River and tea town of Moc Chau. No doubt that Mai Chau never makes you disappointed with the offroading, biking or trekking activities
5. Northern Vietnam Dirt Motorcycle Tour from Hanoi to Maichau – Sonla – Dien Bien Phu – Lai Chau – Sapa – Bac Ha – Ha Giang – Ba Be Lake – Cao Bang – Lang Son – Halong Bay – Catba island – Hai Phong – Ninh Binh – Tam Coc – Hanoi.

6. Northern Vietnam Motorbike Tour from Hanoi to Lao Cai – Sapa – Bac Ha – Ha Giang – Dong Van – Ba Be – Hanoi
This route started with a easy train ride to Lao Cai where you pickup the bike and start the amazing exploration of Sapa and Bac Ha (Both in Lao Cai province) famed for breathtaking mountain scenery, colourful markets, waterfalls, rice fields, ethnic people, and cool climate. Then you continue the signature ride to Ha Giang city with stop at Hoang Su Phi where you see sun-kissed rice fields on harvest day in Sep.
The Happiness Road between Ha Giang and Dong Van is 150km long but you will feel immense with the beauty. Test your riding skills with a lot of twisted winding passes and try some offroad tracks to discover hidden villages. The last night in Ba Be lake is great when your host welcome you with memorable dinner and hospitality.
7. Northern Vietnam Motorcycle Tour from Hanoi to Mai Chau – Phu Yen – Than Uyen – Sapa -Bac Ha – Ha Giang – Dong Van – Bao Lac – Ba Be – Hanoi
This route is a must for riders who want to discover the best of splendid Northern Vietnam. Wonderful Mai Chau valley allures you with the tranquility, rice fields and friendly locals as well as tempting food. From Mai Chau, you get to vivid Phu Yen via the striking town of Moc Chau. You can hear a lot of local children calling and waving a hello to you while you are on roads. From Phu Yen to Than Uyen, you find it equally entertaining. You will pass Tu Le, Khau Pha, and land of terraced rice field Mu Cang Chai. Take your chance to enjoy the food and the fresh air. Next stop will be the well known Sapa where we have many activities to see around the town and surrounding villages.
From Sapa to Bac Ha, you can stop at the border of China and Vietnam for a photo stop. If on Sunday morning, you can witness the special market day when everything is for sale. How interesting it is. From Bac Ha to Ha Giang, you will pass by Hoang Su Phi which is famous for rice fields as well. There are a variety of things to see from Ha Giang to Dong Van that a lot of viewpoints and photo stops at Bac Sum, Quan Ba, Yen Minh, Tham Ma….In the evening, you enjoy some coffee at Dong Van Old Quarter. The next morning you start riding along Nho Que river to quiet town of Bao Lac (Cao Bang). You choose to take some offroad tracks and have some fun there. The last one is Ba Be lake where you take a boat trip around before heading back to Hanoi.
8. Northern Vietnam Offroad Motorbike Tour from Hanoi to Vu Linh – Ba Be lake – Cao Bang – Ban Gioc – Quang Uyen – Bao Lac – Dong Van – Ha Giang – Bac Ha – Sapa – Than Uyen – Mu Cang Chai – Phu Yen – Mai Chau
This route is designed for those loving adventures, landscape, boat trip, homestay, and local culture. From Hanoi, you will see gorgeous Thac Ba lake and Ba Be lake with cosy homestay before heading to UNESCO Global Geopark – Cao Bang, being famous with geo-cultural sites, amazing scenery and local life. Set in a striking valley and surrounded by lush jungle, Ban Gioc waterfall – 100km from Cao Bang city, looks like a paradise of its own.
You can see Nguom Ngao cave with beautiful stalactites and stalagmites. If time permits, you explore a lot of hidden tracks leading to local homes or remote village. Next challenge will be Ha Giang with the roadside scenery with rock plateau, villages, rivers…to be the highlight. If you love offroad, you can find a lot of challenges here. The adventure is still open from Ha Giang to Sapa via Bac Ha and Hoang Su Phi. On harvest day in Sep, you can experience the golden season in Hoang Su Phi, Sapa, Mu Cang Chai you cannot find elsewhere.
